This Rapid Covid-19 (Antigen) Self-Test is a lateral flow test that detects the nucleocapsid protein antigen of the coronavirus that causes Covid-19 from direct nasal swab and contains 20 tests. This product has been authorised under the NZ COVID-19 Public Health Response 2020 (Point of Care) Order.

Dispose of kits as biowaste
Test within 7 days of symptoms
Testing by adult only or under adult supervision
Negative test results do not exclude infection with COVID-19 (so face masks, social distancing and good hygiene practice should be maintained).

Condition of Supply

a) Seller will not accept any return of stock for change of mind.
b) Buyer should check and record expiry dates on receipt of stock. Seller will not accept for return, any expired or short-dated stock after order has been received at Buyer?s end.
c) Buyer should provide a forecast of test kits required. Seller will endeavor to fulfil orders as required but subject to supply.
d) Buyer must ensure that goods Seller is quoting are suitable for the Buyer?s intended application and use.
e) Buyer is responsible for its own compliance with applicable law and reporting responsibilities.
f) Buyer must ensure it and individual users familiarise themselves with and follow the manufacturer?s guidance and instructions for use which are included inside each RAT kit.
g) Buyer specifically acknowledges and agrees that Seller does not offer any advice about the interpretation of RAT results and COVID-19 diagnosis or treatment. Buyer and individual users must rely on their own information and enquiries.
Use in the Workplace

a) User training is required prior to using the point of care RAT so that the test kit is appropriately used, and the results interpreted correctly. Workplace Kits are is designed to be used under the supervision of a healthcare professional, for example at urgent care clinics, pharmacies and aged residential care facilities. Training material can be accessed from the manufacturer?s website.
b) Buyer must store the RATs accordance with the manufacturers instructions.
c) Buyer must maintain appropriate records for staff training, performance of testing (e.g. when performed, who by and on whom, batch/ lot details of the test kit, test kit opened date)
d) Buyer must follow the recommendations and instructions for use provided by the manufacturer of the RATs, including in relation to the use of appropriate PPE when administering a point of care RAT and safe disposal of used RATs.
