Briter is a high-performance limescale remover formulated for descaling commercial dishwashers affected by mineral buildup. The product removes calcium, lime, iron residue and hard-water staining, leaving the dishwasher interior Clean and Bright. Suitable for stainless steel surfaces and compatible with most commercial dishwashing systems.
Regular use of Briter helps prevent equipment downtime, enhances heating efficiency and ensures consistent cleaning results. Ideal for high-volume commercial kitchens, restaurants, cafés, hotels and any operation where dishwashers are used intensively.

DIRECTION
Turn off the detergent system drain the tank completely, refill fresh water to 50mm below overflow. Turn on tank heater to warm up the water, then add 1-3L Briter Descaler depending on machine size and scale, run circulation cycle until clean.
